Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Rent Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including landlords, property managers, and any other visitors.

2. Description of Service

Easy Rent Tracker is a property management platform that allows landlords and property managers to track rental properties, manage tenants, record payments, and handle related administrative tasks. The Service is provided via web application and mobile applications on iOS and Android.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use or enjoyment of the Service

5. Text Messaging and Business Phone Numbers

For users of business phone numbers. If you obtain a business phone number through the Service, you agree to:

• Text and call only people who have given you their phone number and agreed to be contacted, such as your tenants and applicants
• Not send marketing, bulk, or unsolicited messages
• Honor opt-out requests immediately (the Service blocks texting anyone who replied STOP)
• Comply with applicable laws and carrier rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines

We may suspend a business number that is used in violation of these Terms.

For people who receive our users' messages. Messages are sent by your landlord or property manager about your rental or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, or contact support@easyrenttracker.com. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.

Text messages and calls depend on mobile carriers and other third parties outside our control. Neither Easy Rent Tracker nor the carriers are liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages or calls. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or time-sensitive legal notices — contact emergency services, or deliver notices as required by your lease and local law. 6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to provide tenant and third-party information to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easy Rent Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Easy Rent Tracker is a management tool and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY RENT TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
