By accessing or using Easy Rent Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including landlords, property managers, and any other visitors.

Easy Rent Tracker is a property management platform that allows landlords and property managers to track rental properties, manage tenants, record payments, and handle related administrative tasks. The Service is provided via web application and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Subscription and Payment

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to provide tenant and third-party information to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easy Rent Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY RENT TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
